Motion Industries, Inc., a distributor of maintenance, repair and operation replacement parts and provider of industrial technology solutions, has opened a new Conveyance Solutions shop in Calgary, Alberta. The location, at 100-10725 74 St. SE, began operations on May 1, 2025. This is the first Conveyance Solutions facility that Motion has opened in Canada. The company operates more than 40 similar facilities in the United States. The Calgary facility spans 9,600 square feet and includes equipment for belting technology. It provides both standard and custom services related to fluid conveyance, conveyor belting, hose, rubber components, critical moving parts and field services.

Value-added services include slitting, hole punching, installation of custom cleats and V-guides, flanged edges and field and shop vulcanization. ? Industry Expertise: Specialization in serving specific industries, such as cement and aggregate, forestry, mining, manufacturing, food and beverage, distribution centers and warehousing. ? Maintenance & Repair Support: Preventive maintenance services to minimize unplanned downtime, including belt splicing, component changeout, installation and inspection. ? Consultation Services: Process optimization consultations to assist customers in improving their material-handling procedures and operational workflows.
